Join our team as an Online Service Associate where your communication skills, tech know-how, and customer-first mindset will shine - all in a flexible, Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend work.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Online Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for online customers - helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online chat with clarity and professionalism
Help customers identify the right parts/products based on their needs
Process online orders, manage returns, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams
Learn and navigate our internal systems
Keep customer records and communications up to date and accurate

About You
You’re a natural communicator who’s friendly, tech-savvy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
You bring:
Great written and verbal communication skills
Confidence learning and using online platforms and internal systems
A calm, helpful approach to solving customer queries
Experience in retail, online sales, customer service, or admin (preferred but not required)
A genuine interest in automotive or willingness to learn
