Job Title: OpenShift SME
Location: Sydney, Brisbane
Experience: 4+ years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive OpenShift SME with strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following: OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO. This role requires deep technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams managing complex, cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support engineering teams in managing and optimizing OpenShift platforms.
- Handle L3/L4 troubleshooting for containerized and cloud-native workloads.
- Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Manage infrastructure, performance tuning, and incident root cause analysis.
- Collaborate across teams and handle technical escalations.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Familiar with DevOps tools, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
