Operations Manager for a Small family owned Non Destructive Excavation business based in Caves Beach.
The Operations Manager would be responsible for managing our day to day works including:
Scheduling of works (Excel spreadsheet)
Taking phone calls and bookings from customers
Managing truck/plant operators (team of 8)
Looking after overall yard operations eg ordering parts /weighbridge callibrations/housekeeping
HR license would be beneficial and knowledge of vactruck operations
Looking for work when books aren't full
Onsite visits to clients
Keeping safety systems & requirements up to date

Pay: $77,448.30 – $159,496.33 per year
Schedule:
