Property Manager

We are looking to appoint a skilled and practical Property Manager to oversee the property and maintenance services across the College. This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day operational maintenance work with team leadership and coordination. We're seeking someone who enjoys being actively involved in the work while also guiding a small, supportive Property Team to ensure the College is well maintained, presented to a high standard, and compliant with all relevant requirements.

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and hold a relevant trade qualification. Additional qualifications in management or a degree in Property or Asset Management are not required but would be considered an advantage.
