About the Role
As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a clean and organised portfolio of 200 properties, with hands-on support including:
You’ll manage key tasks such as:
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Maintenance management and compliance
- Lease renewals, entry/exit reports, and end-to-end portfolio oversight
- Working with systems such as PropertyMe
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
- Familiarity with modern PM software
- A proactive, professional attitude with a focus on service and detail
- Current VIC Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
