About the role

We’re seeking a new Operational Improvement Manager based in Tullamarine, supporting the JESA contract who will cultivate and empower a culture of growth, efficiency, and safety by leading the design, implementation, and nurturing of operational strategies. This role focuses on building supportive, compliant, and efficient processes that foster collaboration and continuous improvement. By aligning operational practices with industry standards and regulatory guidelines, the Operational Improvement Manager ensures teams have the resources and guidance to thrive. Through active engagement and field-based support, this role inspires operational excellence, guiding teams toward sustainable and innovative solutions for success.
