The Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for an Operational Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Operational and Administration services team at Clermont is a close-knit group. We are looking for new team members who will bring the culture and live the values of the Mackay Hospital and Health Service. Being a rural facility, we often face challenges unique to our area and we are looking for someone who has the ability to innovate and problem solve within our policies and procedures to achieve the tasks.
Provide effective and efficient Operational Services whilst always adhering to organisational standards, policies, and procedures. This position will be responsible for providing support services for a patient centred health care environment including cleaning, linen services, food services assistant, removal of waste, transportation of equipment and materials around the hospital.
About the Team
Clermont MPHS is a 32-bed facility that has recently consolidated from two sites to one. The facility comprises 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 x aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include Aged Care, Accident & Emergency (A&E) services, inpatient services, Community Health and Allied Health outpatient clinics and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
