Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for logistics? We’re currently seeking a motivated Operations Administrator to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract at our Minchinbury site.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently manage core administrative duties, including timely updates and processing of sales orders, shipment documentation, and SPO (Service Purchase Order) completion.
- Process and reconcile all CHEP and LOSCAM pallet transactions using 2IC software, promptly identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Pallet Controller.
- Review and debrief all linehaul-related paperwork, ensuring accurate upload into SAP and securing pre-approval for contractor SPOs.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Rail Operations Team, assisting with coordination and documentation as required.
- Monitor and track all linehaul movements, proactively identifying and reporting any delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Complete all required reports with a high level of accuracy and within designated timeframes—including exception reports, SPO reports, and shipment performance reports.

Essential
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Proven experience in data entry administration roles
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Desirable
- Certificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent
- Transport industry working knowledge
- Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in a freight scanning environment
