About the Role
As an Optical Assistant or Dispenser at Glenorchy Eyecare, you will be involved in every step of the patient journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with frame and lens selection, offering tailored eyewear solutions
Interpreting prescriptions and providing advice on lens options and coatings
Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles to ensure optimal comfort and vision
Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting patient relationships
Contributing to the smooth running of the practice, including administrative and retail tasks
