The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us, ensuring every customer realizes the full potential of our platform.
As an Optimisation manager focusing on Asana Customers, you own experimentation across our key customer content and surfaces that support their adoption and retention of Asana, including the Asana Academy, Help Center and Community forum. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities from onboarding to renewal.
This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve
- Lead and develop optimisation strategies for owned digital content, focusing on content that drive adoption and retention including the Asana Academy, Help Center and Community forum
- Create quarterly experimentation roadmaps for key customer surfaces
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in the Customer Journey
- Define and align KPIs with cross-functional partners for adoption and retention
- Identify and execute personalization opportunities on customer surfaces
- Use AI tools for advanced A/B testing analysis and insights
- Refine experimentation processes in Digital Marketing
About you
- 4+ years of Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing experience, ideally with some experience in adoption and / or customer retention
- Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data
- Knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency preferred
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 150,000 AUD - 171,000 AUD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
