Are you someone with exceptional team leading and customer service skills? The opportunity currently exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Orderly Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Role
As the Orderly Supervisor, you will ensure efficient and high level of supportive operational service standards are met within the Perioperative department. You will manage the Orderly team and report directly to the Hospitality Manager.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Well-developed strong non-verbal and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and computer skills – including MS office
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and to lead a team to achieve tasks within a timely manner
- An interest in promoting best practice patient care to ensure excellence in customer service
- A professional manner at all times and role model Healthscope’s safe values
- The ability to maintain safety standards and adhere to guidelines, policies and procedures
The Orderly Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Rostering, allocation of team members and delegation of tasks
- Managing a team of approximately 20 staff over a 24-hour business
- Ensuring daily operations are accurately and efficiently performed by orderly team
- Workforce planning and development
- Participation in WHS and infection control strategies
Essential Criteria:
- 5 years’ Orderly experience
- Previous managerial experience essential
