Mars Orthodontics is a modern, boutique orthodontic clinic located in the heart of South Brisbane. We’re passionate about creating beautiful smiles and delivering an unforgettable patient experience and we’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (3 days a week to start) for a Receptionist who enjoys working with people and providing outstanding front desk support. As our practice grows, there will be opportunities for additional days and expanded responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Handle payments (HICAPS) and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the team by keeping the front desk running smoothly
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
About You
✔ Previous reception experience (dental or medical preferred, but not essential)
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✔ Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
✔ Reliable, professional, and a team player
✔ Comfortable using computer systems and willing to learn new software
