Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Outdoor Dining Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual, with strong attention to detail and time management skills to join our Conference & Events Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information related to Conference, Events, Groups, Banquet, and Outdoor Catering. Your primary goal will be to maximize department profitability while ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Assisting in the coordination of all groups, conference, incentive, wedding and event contracts from hand over to group departure
- Preparing run sheets & BEO's for guest and in house distribution
- Liaising with all hotel departments to ensure client needs are met
- Directing operational staff to ensure the smooth running of every event
- Processing of guest accounting
