Job Description
- Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay.
- Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork produced.
- Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous 1-2 years experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets.
- Computer literate, with particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
- Previous experience of working in a hotel Finance Department preferred and understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department preferred.
Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am), including weekends and public holidays.
