Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Floreat, WA Store. This is a 20hour/week role minimum, with the opportunity to work additional hours on a needs basis.
As an integral member of the Floreat 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
As a Team member your role will include
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail in a high volume store
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
- Eager to learn
- Desire to develop your career in retail
