We are recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join an established business where you’re offered flexibility, empowerment, and a voice in driving the approach and ways of best supporting your clients.
Inheriting and working closely with a portfolio of Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for:
- Executing on an engagement strategy with a view to understanding your clients business objectives, and working to offer a solution that ensures the clients are heard.
- Articulating a value proposition that reflects the benefits the business can offer along with servicing the Advisers needs.
- This is a field based role where you’ll be empowered to manage your day and week.
- Building relationships and increasing engagement with the Advisers.
- Passing feedback into the business around Adviser needs and how they can best optimise service and the proposition.
Attributes of the person we're looking for:
- The ability to draw people in and open up conversations that get to the source of clients needs. Then politely and professionally work to deliver to these needs.
- Individuals who enjoy working with people and have a track record of building deep; long term relationships are encouraged to apply.
- We’re hoping to attract individuals who have worked in Relationship Management or Partnership roles within Life Insurance, ideally having worked with Financial Advisers.
- We’ll also consider individuals from a phone based role (Life Insurance) who are ready to take the next step into a field role OR individuals who have a track record of working with Financial Advisers in Wealth Management.
