The Opportunity


We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager to champion our growth within the premium salon, spa and clinic market in Australia. This role is responsible for deepening client relationships, expanding our partnership ecosystem, and leading a high-performing team to deliver against ambitious sales and marketing goals.

As a key member of our Australian leadership team, you'll actively engage with premium accounts, identify new revenue streams and business opportunities, and represent Phorest at industry events. You will also play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional and global teams..

This is a full-time hybrid position, with the Phorest Australia office based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD, with opportunities to work from home.


What You'll Do

Premium Account Management & Growth

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key premium accounts to increase retention, usage, and customer lifetime value.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and implement referral strategies to generate new leads from existing premium clients.
  • Represent Phorest at industry and Phorest-led events through online and in-person product demonstrations and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the Managing Director to design premium acquisition strategies and support event execution.

Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with aligned brands and organisations in the premium salon sector.
  • Define and track referral KPIs to grow Phorest’s presence within partner networks.
  • Develop and activate partnership plans, including co-branded campaigns, content collaborations, and lead-sharing initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner-related go-to-market efforts.
  • Align with the Global Partnerships team to enhance Phorest’s partner offering worldwide.

Industry Engagement

  • Leverage and grow Phorest’s industry presence by activating membership networks, participating in forums, and engaging with key stakeholders.

  • Explore and establish new networks to further integrate Phorest into the premium salon community.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Sales & Partnerships team with a strong focus on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support professional development through ongoing mentorship.
  • Facilitate regular team check-ins, identify and remove operational roadblocks, and align team efforts with strategic business priorities.
  • Ensure tight alignment between sales, partnerships, and marketing to maintain consistency with global go-to-market standards.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years KPI driven sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in the salon / beauty / medi aesthetic industry, while not essential, is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing and leading teams is preferable.
  • Experience with project management and new process rollout.
  • Experience working with sales CRM’s, Marketing automations, and digital reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting established KPIs.
  • Outstanding in-person and over-the-phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Networking aptitude.
  • Excel at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing project priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, and process-driven.
  • Collaborative worker, able to delegate tasks and take initiative and ownership as required.
  • Can work independently and flexibly, with remote working optional.
