Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? We’re looking for a HR Reporting Specialist to bring numbers to life and support smarter people decisions across genU.
In this role, you’ll collect, analyse, and present key People & Culture data to help us make evidence-based decisions, drive strategy, stay compliant and improve performance. You’ll be the go-to for accurate and timely reporting, working closely with teams across P&C, Finance, and the broader business to deliver data that makes a real impact.

Key responsibilities
As a P&C Reporting Specialist your responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain accurate HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics
- Partner with P&C and business teams to deliver tailored, easy-to-use reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and audits
- Prepare reports for leadership and key stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes to boost efficiency
- Provide insights that inform strategic P&C decisions
- Stay up to date on analytics tools and HR data trends
- Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
About you
We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:
- Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll
- Advanced reporting skills and ability to generate system reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
Desirable:
- Experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)
- Knowledge of Rostering/Time and Attendance systems
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
