Your impact, with us
As our highly valued People and Culture Business Partner, you’ll use your People and Culture expertise to provide strategic and operational P&C advice, coaching and support to drive process improvement and business alignment.
Based in Brisbane, you’ll partner with our Clinic Leadership Teams, helping to improve people’s health and lives and shaping our organisation’s future.
You’ll make a meaningful impact by:
- Partner with leaders to manage workforce planning, onboarding, reward and recognition, employee experience development, performance management, succession planning, talent retention & development across the network.
- Providing practical support in coaching and supporting line managers to improve the employment experience from recruitment onwards.
- Providing employee relations advice and supporting team member performance management processes in conjunction with line managers.
- Working with local leaders and the Quality & Safety team to ensure that we provide a safe work environment for employees
- Leading transformational organisational design and detailed change management processes, including mergers and acquisitions and new ways of working
- Champion and embed a positive organisational culture aligned with Advara HeartCare’s values.
- Provide insights through HR metrics and reporting to guide people strategy and risk management
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Advisor or Generalist, with the readiness to step into a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting leaders through employee relations and performance matters
- Excellent communication and developing influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for partnering with leaders to deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the private health sector.
- A mindset of collaboration and continual learning. You will seize opportunities to expand your skills and expertise, and you’ll be willing to share your knowledge and experience to help our company and people thrive.
