This means that you will be working with purpose whilst being a part of a business big enough to offer interstate mobility, job security and opportunities to fulfill your career ambitions.

The Role
Leveraging your robust generalist HR skills, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with our team members and managers. You will develop and maintain productive partnerships to deliver value-added service to functional managers, leaders and employees to achieve the business objectives of the organisation. • Provide P&C admin support for complex change scenarios across GE P&C and Corporate/Clinical teams
  • Manage incentive processes including tracking, updates, and preparing award letters
  • Collate and coordinate data, communications, and information to support key P&C cycles (performance, talent management, training)
  • Delivering HR projects (e.g., change management, restructures, policy development) and supporting managers on complex people issues on a case-by-case basis
  • Advising on workforce planning, succession planning, or capability frameworks and reviewing team structures and role design
  • Managing complex performance, misconduct, or grievance issues
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to support implementation of people initiatives
  • Interpret agreements and legislation and provide direction and clarification on ER matters
  • Support the business in relation to claims in external jurisdictions such as the Fair Work Commission
  • Support group, divisional and people technology programs and projects
  • Ensure that line managers are focussed on value adding activities that are aligned to the achievement of strategy initiatives
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and ensure that all team members are aware of their obligations
