People Engagement Administrator

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive People Engagement Administrator to join our People Engagement team. This role is critical to keeping our HR processes running smoothly — from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and reporting — while also working with our People Engagement Business Partners to improve and automate the way we do things.

This is an on-site role based in Campbellfield.

As we continue to build a vibrant, connected team, your presence on-site will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture. You’ll be the friendly, approachable first point of contact for colleagues—helping to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels confident reaching out for support.

Your efforts will help strengthen connections, encourage teamwork, and ensure everyone feels supported and empowered every day.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Provide high-quality admin support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning, offboarding).
  • Handle HR paperwork and processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor the People inbox — know who the right person is to handle queries, forward them on, and ensure responses go back promptly.
  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
  • Assist with inductions, probation tracking, and exit processes.
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting.
  • Work with People Engagement Business Partners on projects to streamline and improve processes.

What You’ll bring to the Team:

  • Strong admin or coordination experience (HR background not required).
  • Immaculate attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A service-focused approach — you care about delivering a great experience to internal customers.
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and comfortable learning new systems.
