Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised People Operations Coordinator to join Bilue’s growing team. You’ll be the engine behind our hiring success, coordinating recruitment processes and sourcing top talent across all teams.

Beyond recruitment, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business by lending a hand across operations, from onboarding and team events, to ensuring internal systems are up to date. We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset who’s comfortable jumping in to help where needed, whether that’s assisting Finance, Delivery, or IT to keep things moving.
