About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our People Shared Services team as a People Services Analyst. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries, helping our employees and leaders navigate everything from Workday transactions to policy guidance. You’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience by delivering consistent, high-quality support and driving continuous improvement across our HR operations.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to initiatives that make our HR systems smarter and more responsive. Whether it’s updating records, coaching managers on self-service tools, or supporting automation and transformation projects, your work will help us deliver HR services that are accurate, efficient, and people-focused.

If you’re passionate about service excellence, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role offers a great platform to make a meaningful impact.

About you

You’re someone who thrives in a service-driven environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You’ve got solid experience in HR operations or shared services, and you know how to manage competing priorities while keeping the customer experience front and centre.

You’re confident using Workday and Microsoft Office, and you’re curious about how technology—like Copilot Studio and automation tools—can improve the way we work. You’re also a strong communicator who can tailor your approach to suit different audiences, whether it’s guiding a manager through a process or collaborating with a COE team member.

Ideally, you’ve worked in a medium to large organisation, and you’re familiar with employment legislation, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.

At BOQ Group, we’re proud of the inclusive and diverse culture we’ve built together. We believe in empowering our people and creating opportunities for growth from within. We’re excited to hear from team members who are ready to take the next step in their career journey.
