We’re looking for an analytical, data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid media and SEO strategy across our portfolio of footwear brands. This role is perfect for someone who lives in dashboards, thrives on performance metrics, and knows how to turn insight into action.
You’ll be based onsite in our Melbourne office, working closely with our internal teams and external agencies to drive results across Meta, Google Ads, affiliate channels, and organic search. Your New Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll oversee all paid media activity, including Meta Ads, GoogleAds, and affiliate marketing, while also developing and executing our SEO strategy. You'll work closely with creative, content, analytics, and development teams to optimise campaigns, manage budgets, and uncover growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on testing, learning, and improving, and who’s ready to drive performance across both paid and organic channels.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta Ads, GoogleAds, and affiliate platforms across all brands
- Building and executing data-led campaign strategies aligned to ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets
- Monitoring daily performance and proactively making adjustments to improve outcomes
- Running A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Leading keyword research, SEO audits, and technical optimisation projects
- Working with developers on SEO fixes and structured data enhancements
- Analysing traffic trends, bounce rates, CTR, and conversion funnels using GA4, Meta, and Looker Studio
- Collaborating on SEO content, including product copy, collection pages, and blog briefs
- Creating clear performance reports and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Staying current with algorithm changes, industry benchmarks, and platform updates
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–4+ years’ experience in a performance marketing or digital acquisition role
- Proven track record of managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success
- Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, and content-driven)
- Deep analytical skills, you’re comfortable using GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform data to make decisions
- A clear understanding of eCommerce KPIs and how to impact them
- Experience managing multi-brand budgets and scaling campaigns responsibly
- Familiarity with Shopify, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and affiliate networks
- A proactive mindset and a love for testing, learning, and iterating
