Description of the role: We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to join our Business Advisory team. In this role you’ll collaborate with clients to tackle the challenges of running and growing their businesses. From financial management to strategic planning, you’ll play a key role in unlocking opportunities and shaping their futures.

5+ years’ experience in a professional services environment.
A strong team focused approach.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Advanced skills in Microsoft suite.
What your day might look like:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to two Partners.
Manage calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
Draft routine correspondence, client emails, and internal memos.
Prepare client engagement packs, update client databases, and maintain records in compliance with firm policies.
Assist in billing processes: generate draft bills, track WIP, and liaise with accounts for follow-ups.
Monitor email inboxes and flag critical tasks for assigned staff.
Assist in the organisation of team events or training sessions.
Manage client files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
Prepare and issue client correspondence including engagement letters and invoices.
Collaborate closely with partners, accountants, and other departments to coordinate client service delivery.
Maintain and update client records and CRM systems.
