About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Pick Packer to join our factory team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, filling tea tins, assisting with show packing, and maintaining cleanliness in the factory. The ideal candidate must be reliable, well-organised, and have strong English-speaking and writing skills. Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
- Fill tea tins and other packaging
- Assist with packing for trade shows and events
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Perform general warehouse and factory duties as required
Requirements:
- Hardworking, outgoing, and reliable
- Well-organised with attention to detail for precise packing
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed
- Ability to lift and move boxes (within reasonable limits)
- Previous warehouse or factory experience is a must
