Plumbing Coordinator – O’Shea Plumbing

O’Shea Plumbing is looking for a Plumbing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing plumbing jobs across Melbourne.

What You’ll Do
- Plan & Schedule Jobs – Allocate and manage daily and upcoming plumbing works, ensuring smooth workflow for our field team.
- Oversee Projects – Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure jobs are delivered to O’Shea Plumbing’s high standards.
- Client Engagement – Communicate with customers before, during, and after jobs, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow-ups & Estimates – Support with quoting, variations, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
- Reporting & Coordination – Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain clear communication between clients, plumbers, and management.
- Technical Advice – Provide guidance and support to plumbers on-site when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Plumbing background (qualified plumber or strong plumbing knowledge).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to support and guide field plumbers with technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in a coordination, estimating, or supervisory role (preferred but not essential).
