About this opportunity
As a Practice Development Specialist, you will play a key role in remotely supporting Invisalign GP providers to drive
growth and adoption of Invisalign and iTero intraoral scanners. Working collaboratively with field Sales, Clinical, and
Customer Support teams, your mission will be to empower providers in scaling their practices and advancing their digital
journey. This fully remote role will leverage phone, email, and virtual presentation tools to engage, support, and expand
our network of providers.

In this role, you will…
Customer Acquisition
- Follow up on leads generated through scheduled marketing events and activities, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms and field sales team
- Support clinical education events by promoting events with customers and driving event registration
- Attend sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, company events as required
Re-engagement
- Engage with active, certified providers to strengthen clinical confidence, foster case growth, and drive continuous usage of Invisalign and iTero products.
- Conduct regular outbound calls to providers, focusing on commercial activities, promotions, and engagement to stimulate new and ongoing product use throughout the year.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with providers through consistent, proactive outreach via phone and email.
- Learn and Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on developments in dental and orthodontic equipment, enabling you to confidently support providers and discuss best practices.
- Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Salesforce

- Excellent active listening skills and easily build rapport
- Previous internal sales experience or strong customer service skills in an outbound environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is a fully remote position, working from home with some in field visits from time to time. The successful candidate will be provided all technical equipment including laptop, ipad, iphone and other essential equipment.
