The Opportunity
Reporting to the NSW Resource Recovery General Manager, the Precinct Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, safety compliance and financial performance of multiple business units. You will be responsible for leading a team of operational personnel and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and optimising operational efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for
Managing and executing operational plans across multiple business units, contained on the same site, to maximise site productivity and achieve operational targets.
Ensuring compliance with key contractual obligations outlined in agreements with Local Councils.
Overseeing and managing site financials, including P&L reporting.
Leading and working alongside the operational staff and contractors to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Leading continuous improvement aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Promoting Veolia’s ‘Always Safe’ culture of personal safety, awareness and environmental compliance in the workplace.
What you'll need to be successful
Previous P&L responsibility
Previous experience working within a Resource Recovery Facility.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout all levels of the business.
Committed focus to safety and environmental compliance standards
Class C Driver’s Licence
