About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Upper Coomera. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality of bends.
Conduct quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and protractors.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
Collaborate with team members and report any production or machine issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and standing for long periods.
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
Right to work in Australia.
Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
