Pressure & Window Cleaning Technician – Monday to Friday (Contract Role)

We’re looking for a skilled Exterior Cleaning Technician who’s fit, fearless at heights, and committed to delivering top-tier results.
Only experienced candidates who meet the requirements below will be interviewed.
What You’ll Do
- Clean windows, gutters, building exteriors, driveways, and more.
- Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work at heights using ladders, harnesses, and safety gear.
- Deliver exceptional service to every client and represent the company professionally.
- Work independently after completing training.
What You’ll Need
- Valid Victorian manual driver’s licence
- ABN (must-have)
- Working Safely at Heights certificate
- Proven experience in exterior cleaning or similar outdoor, physical work
- Physically fit, reliable, and not afraid of heights or tough conditions
- Professional presentation and punctuality

Pay & Training
- Training period: $200/day for 3–4 weeks alongside the company owner
- Post-training rate: $250–$300/day based on skill, efficiency, and autonomy
