We are on the hunt for a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba. This is a Fulltime position, working Monday - Friday
As a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, you will;
Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Supervisor
Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor
Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to the Dealer Business System (AX) as required by the Service Supervisor
