Job Description
Our Product and Technology team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Principal Product Analyst to help shape our product roadmap by leading the creation and development of functional and operational product requirements across the entire product lifecycle. You and your team will own the creation, documentation, and management of complex product requirements and be a crucial link between product management and cross-functional development teams, ensuring our agile delivery outcomes directly align with key business priorities and OKRs.

We're now looking to accelerate our growth in the digital automotive marketplace, offering you the chance to lead and grow a team of product and business analysts.
Day to day you will:
Lead cross-functional teams in planning and documenting strategic product initiatives.
Coordinate UAT and testing to validate solutions and product development outcomes against business needs.
Act as de facto Product Owner, guiding backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Translate business needs into structured content for agile workspaces (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
Manage product team operations and the Product Kanban.
Produce reports and dashboards to track product delivery.
Serve as Scrum Master or Project Manager on critical initiatives.
Implement agile best practices for delivery and documentation.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
5+ years in digital product management within an agile team construct.
Proficiency in agile delivery toolkits (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Deep understanding and application of modern digital frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, HCD, continuous improvement etc).
Well-rounded knowledge across digital, application/websites, mobile, and UI/UX domains.
Proven ability to solve complex strategic problems.
Expertise in communicating requirements through user stories with logical, clear acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, content, commercial).
Desirable but not essential:
Leadership and team development experience is favorable.
No automotive experience required, but a passion for cars is a plus!
