Your New Role
Reporting to the Principal, Product Enablement within the Superannuation and Investment Product team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our superannuation and retirement product suite. You’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory reporting and governance processes are executed to the highest standard, supporting the development and maintenance of best practice frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Prepare quarterly and annual product reviews to monitor product metrics against agreed assessment criteria and recommend actions plans to address issues arising.
- Lead the data sourcing and co-ordination of external rating agency surveys to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any submissions and work with senior leaders to ensure relationships with research houses continue to be fostered.
- Continually review, develop, and enhance data sourcing processes.
- Oversee the disclosure due diligence process using Keystone Objective, working closely with the Communications teams and other content SMEs from across the Fund.
- Continually review, develop, and enhance product governance processes to ensure fit for purpose, efficient and member centric.
- Work with the retirement and accumulation teams on key product development initiatives, including input into design, business requirements and testing.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a Product role within financial services preferably within superannuation
- Sound knowledge of superannuation, retirement and investment products
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Understanding of member needs and translation to product offers
- Ability to troubleshoot with strong analytical skills
- Strong partnership approach and ability to build effective internal business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative, creative and curious with a strong growth mindset.
- High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
