About the role
We're seeking our first Product Operations Manager for AI Enablement, a strategic role that will shape how our product teams operate in an AI-driven world. You'll be the driving force behind unlocking exponential productivity gains, going beyond simple tool management to build the critical infrastructure and capabilities that accelerate our time-to-insight. Your work will directly empower our Product Managers, Designers, and Business Analysts to make faster, more data-informed decisions, fundamentally reshaping how they work. This is a unique opportunity to have a massive cross-functional impact and redefine our product development lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- Evaluate and optimize our portfolio of AI tools to ensure they are the right fit for specific use cases across product discovery, analysis, and validation.
- Drive strategic decisions on tool adoption and consolidation while partnering with Tech Ops to ensure compliant and scalable implementations that seamlessly integrate with our workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end tool lifecycle, from provisioning and user management to license optimization and access controls.
- Streamline workflows and onboarding to maximize productivity and ensure new team members are set up for success from day one.
- Establish low-friction pathways for teams to successfully integrate tools into their product development workflows.
- Foster knowledge sharing and build communities of practice to drive adoption and help teams learn from each other.
- Track key success metrics and conduct regular audits to measure productivity improvements, tool adoption, and overall business impact.
- Report on ROI to leadership, connecting tool investments directly to product development outcomes.
About you
- You consider yourself a bit of a ‘vibe’ coder.
- Deep problem solving abilities: ability to dig beyond the "what" to understand the "why".
- Direct experience building or working with agentive workflows, or personal projects/apps/websites built with AI, demonstrating real-world impact.
- Experience working with a variety of roles within product development teams eg. product managers, designers, and engineers with a great understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Experience assessing systems and their interconnections is highly valuable.
