About The Role
Reporting to the Production and Design Team Leader, this role has a strong focus on production of branded merchandise, working together with our sales and design teams to ensure orders are completed to the highest standard. This role is a 12-Month Maternity Leave cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production and end-to-end process of all branded merchandise purchase order types.
- Monitor customer branded inventory and initiating stock replenishments where required.
- Thoroughly assess order briefings and supplied artworks to guarantee it adheres to all specifications and guidelines.
- Primary contact of branded merchandise production related enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient support is delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting internal stakeholders and ensuring orders are approved and on track for delivery while keeping the system up to date with accurate status and expected dates.
- Strong engagement with suppliers to maintain beneficial trade relationships.
- Verifying supplier invoices to match purchase orders and closing off accurately and timely.
- Contribute to the enhancement of team processes and SOPs and assist in driving ongoing efficiency and quality.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Production and Design Team Leader or COS team
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Purchasing, Replenishment or Production Coordinator.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business or Marketing, or relevant disciplines will be highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role within the Print and Promotional Products industry with an understanding of branding, decoration, and colour formats (CMYK, Pantone) will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Autonomous with a proactive mindset who can work independently while also being a team player.
- Well-organised, enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Resilient under pressure, ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail, problem solving and thrive on creative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to learn, have technical understandings, and have a logical approach.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
