We're now hiring multiple Production Team Leaders to oversee and guide our food production, sandwich assembly, and packing teams across different shifts.

1. Food Prep Team Leader (AfternoonEvening)
Shift Options:
3:30pm 9:00pm, MonFri
5:00pm 12:00am, MonThur
As Prep Team Leader, you'll guide the crew that builds the foundation of our food.
From slicing and seasoning to sauces and salad builds, your team sets the tone for the day and the quality starts with you.
This role suits someone who's:
- Highly competent in food handling and prep
- Calm under pressure and confident running multiple stations
- Organised, methodical, and skilled at coaching others on prep flow and speed
- Driven to keep things clean, accurate, and ahead of schedule
Focus: Prep, portioning, sauces, fillings, salads, and platters
2. Bread Team Leader (Early Morning)
Shift: 2:00am 7:00am, MonFri
The Bread Team is all about precision, speed, and consistency assembling high volumes of made-to-order sandwiches and wraps for next-day catering.
You'll lead a focused crew through the quiet early hours, ensuring every wrap and baguette is built right, labelled right, and delivered fresh.
Perfect for someone who:
- Knows food assembly and portioning like second nature
- Is steady, structured, and thrives in a pre-dawn rhythm
- Can lead by example to keep the team fast, clean, and on time
- Has experience in sandwich production, QSR, or cold kitchen environment
3. Packing Team Leader (Morning)
Shift: 4:00am 11:00am, MonFri
This role is perfect for someone who's part food professional, part perfectionist.
You'll lead a small, fast-moving team responsible for final food presentation ensuring every platter, bowl, salad, and sandwich looks great, is labelled accurately, and arrives in perfect condition.
This team is the last line of defence before our food reaches the customer and you're the one who keeps the standard high.
Focus: Order collation, food presentation, labelling, packing, and quality control
Who These Roles Are For

You've spent years in commercial kitchens. You know food prep, time pressure, and what it takes to lead a small team through a shift calmly and efficiently.

What You'll Need
- Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchens (café, restaurant, or food production)
- Prior experience leading or supervising a small team
- Strong understanding of food safety, portioning, and station timing
- Comfortable giving and receiving instructions in clear spoken English
- Able to work at pace while keeping standards high
- Reliable, mature, and committed we invest in leaders who stay
