What this opportunity involves:
Working on a client portfolio, we are seeking a detail oriented professional to join our team as a Lease Administrator in Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra. This role combines data analysis, compliance monitoring, and landlord/tenant relationship management.
Snapshot of the role
Lead all base reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements with a high degree of independence
Monitor lease events and compile performance data for Property Managers and Account Directors
Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting and ensure all client KPIs are met
Manage rental reconciliations, vendor/landlord details, and approve landlord payments
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and knowledge of lease abstractions and Rent Roll reporting
Handle landlord/tenant communications, maintain documentation workflows, and suggest process improvements

The ideal candidate has a background in real estate or finance who excels at both independent work and team collaboration. You will bring strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to manage complex lease administration tasks.
Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain AGSVA clearance
University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret Rent Roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between AP and AR
Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems
Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs
