We’re growing our Global Services team and looking for a Services Consultant to join our Sydney office. In this role, you'll take the lead on onboarding and implementation projects across Kaseya’s IT Complete Suite—including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and security tools.
You’ll partner with MSPs and internal IT customers to deliver exceptional implementation experiences, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best-practice consulting across our solutions stack. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Kaseya solutions for new SMB and mid-market customers
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and delivery
- Conduct discovery sessions and assess customer needs, mapping them to best-practice configurations and setup
- Provide expert guidance on PSA, RMM, documentation, and security tools to ensure efficient, secure environments
- Define product specs, oversee installations, and ensure adoption success
- Track progress and respond to issues during implementations
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Partner Success teams to deliver a world-class customer experience
- Scope professional services engagements in collaboration with Sales
- Support other consulting initiatives and projects as required
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3+ years’ experience in IT implementations, consulting, or technical project delivery
- Working knowledge of PSA systems (ticketing, documentation, workflows)
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, RMM, and SaaS ecosystems
- Solid understanding of how SaaS products integrate across systems
- High-level knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls) and Windows Server environments (patching, management)
- Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hypervisor)
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project planning tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach
- Comfortable managing competing demands and shifting priorities
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI strongly preferred
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical material to a variety of audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, relevant TAFE certification, or equivalent experience
