About the Role:
As a part of the team, you will be required to advise and add value to the administration of infrastructure functions and activities from a budget and project management perspective. You will contribute to a variety of other projects and functions specifically supporting our Budget Governance Team to deliver timely, accurate and high-quality solutions and outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Supporting the weekly governance outcomes with the timely and accurate processing of capital project budget requests and project budget variation requests into SAP.
Project data maintenance such as updating master data, bulk updates, peer reviews, QA processes, and rectifying issues.
Advising our stakeholders through effective communication of governance outcomes and project related information.
Helping stakeholders in the use of SAP to view or update information, ensuring data integrity is maintained, including adherence to audit requirements and data reporting standards.
Participating in the identification and recommendation of system, service and business process changes to provide improvement in service delivery.
What you need to succeed:
While there are no mandatory qualifications, the ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes:
2+ years' experience in working with financial data.
Experience in financial processing in a corporate environment for example WBS creation, budget and cashflows.
Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of MS Suite software.
Experience using accounting software (e.g. SAP) and processes.
Possess high attention to detail and time management.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strive for excellence in customer service and continuous business improvement.
Ability to cultivate productive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to assist other team members and respect diverse perspectives.
