Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Manage project correspondence, contracts, and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project operations
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to flag potential risks or delays
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and financial tracking activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in project administration, ideally within construction or a related industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Aconex, or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
