We’re also the number one owner and operator of e-buses in Australia and New Zealand, and are quickly expanding into light commercial vehicles and trucks. THE OPPORTUNITY
The role will play a critical part in supporting the project growth across Australia and New Zealand by playing a coordination role across the delivery of construction projects.
A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY
- Programme & Schedule Support: Maintain and update construction and commissioning schedules in alignment with contractor and internal milestones
- Document Management: Track design submissions, RFIs, approvals, and variations, ensuring version control and timely responses across all parties
- Procurement Coordination: Monitor supplier and subcontractor deliverables, lead times, and logistics planning to ensure alignment with site requirements
- Interface Management: Facilitate coordination between electrical, civil, and OEM scopes to minimise site clashes and miscommunication
- Reporting: Assist with weekly reporting (progress, cost, and risk), and support in updating dashboards or trackers for internal and client reporting
- Site Readiness & Mobilisation Support: Coordinate permits, inductions, and readiness checklists for upcoming work fronts
- Stakeholder management: Helping manage client relationships post contract close as appropriate
- Project Governance: Liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders to embed strong project governance, Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Schedule regular meetings, record minutes and track key decisions / actions (eg. assigned tasks and next steps). Coordinate and minute project meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Support team activities eg. raising purchase orders, liaising with internal finance teams and support the Delivery team in tracking, organising and ensuring payments of invoices
- Manage documentation control via project management tools or SharePoint.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A genuine passion in clean energy and our social and environmental mission
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Coordinator or Associate role ideally within the Energy or Transport industry
- Experience working on large scale construction projects in an administrative or co-ordination role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple SME/ workstreams ensuring delivery of high-quality submissions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Pragmatic, proactive and solution driven
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects at once
Desirable but non-essential skills:
- Experience in energy storage, renewables, and/or EV infrastructure
- Knowledge of the Australia and New Zealand energy and fleet transport landscapes
