The opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is at the heart of promotional execution — ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, systems are accurate, and our Network Partners are set up for success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing promotional data and system integrity
- Coordinating submissions with Category Teams
- Uploading ticketing packages and briefing catalogue pagination
- Running reports, gap checks, and ensuring pricing accuracy
- Supporting store readiness through Hub, allocations, and communications
- Being the go-to contact for campaign support across stores, suppliers, and internal teams
- You’ll play a key role in bringing our promotions to life in-store, ensuring they reflect our brand, values, and customer promise.
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Confidence working with systems, timelines, and promotional data
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Previous experience in a retail or service-focused environment
- Bonus points for experience in promotions, marketing, or understanding of the retail pharmacy industry — but if you’re passionate and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
