What this job involves:
We are currently seeking a Property Service Coordinator to join our Sydney Office! Working with a dynamic and fun team dedicated to servicing the business with professional advice and support.
Working within the Customer Service Centre (CSC), the Property Service Coordinator will manage a multitude of different services through digital platforms and liaise closely with site teams, contractors, and portfolio managers to ensure an effective service of is delivered.
This is a full-time position and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking an entry level role into the Property industry.
A snapshot of the role:
- Resolving a variety of enquiries for owners, tenants, property managers and building managers
- Administering our Operational platform by assigning site works requests to contractors
- Setting up and verifying bank details for all creditors
- Administering social media platforms for a segment of retail shopping centres
- Building customer relations with all stakeholders
- On boarding new clients and property transitions
- Answering all incoming calls and emails from all stakeholders
- Delivering a superior customer product

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Advanced computer literacy skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to work across multiple platforms and be able to adapt to changes accordingly
- Strong enthusiasm and passion for the property industry either completed or completing a property or equivalent degree
- Works well in a vibrant team environment and self-motivated
