We are seeking a talented individual to join our Property Valuation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various properties for different purposes, primarily insurance and financial reporting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while effectively managing your time.
- Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally to support key client commitments.
- Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies.
- Lead small, complex, and unique valuation projects and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
What you need to have:
- AAPI with CPV qualification.
- 1-5 years of experience (post registration) in performing valuations.
- Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly desirable.
- Growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
