We are seeking a talented individual to join our Property Valuation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various properties for different purposes, primarily insurance and financial reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while effectively managing your time.
  • Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally to support key client commitments.
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies.
  • Lead small, complex, and unique valuation projects and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

What you need to have:

  • AAPI with CPV qualification.
  • 1-5 years of experience (post registration) in performing valuations.
  • Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly desirable.
  • Growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
