About the Role
Drive Impact and Ensure Excellence! Join ALPA as Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer. In this opportunity, your expertise will help shape community outcomes in First Nations Communities by tracking and showcasing performance against key national benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the ALPA CDP sites with the required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI’s outlined in the funding agreement.
- Report on sites performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
- Work closely with the site teams to implement new processes to improve Performance.
- Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
- Provide online training to staff on the contract obligations and program requirements
- Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all CDP activities.
- Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
- Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA’s bi-yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business.
- Knowledge of the current CDP contract.
- Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail & result orientated to drive KPI achievements
- Ability to develop strong networks
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets
