About the role:

What will you be doing?
As part of the Great Client Experience Team, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to embed and oversee UnitingSA’s GCE Quality and Clinical Governance Framework to have a positive impact at point of care. This position will embed high quality, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes that monitor, measure, report and inform continuous improvement activities, compliance and innovative outcomes that enable great client experiences.
About you:

You will demonstrate understanding and commitment to creating sustained culture and behaviour change as the key to improving the care experience for clients. The successful candidate will be a genuinely dynamic and proven achiever who demonstrates flexibility, credibility, resilience and authenticity.
This role will require exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand our organisation, strategic priorities and best practice to drive Great Client Experience outcomes across our organisation.
You will demonstrate energy and personal style to impact and influence others’ thinking, constructively challenge decisions and at times, have challenging conversations to create awareness and traction around quality care outcomes for our clients.
