Real Estate Sales Associate
Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to launch a career in the real estate industry. At Journey Real Estate you will be exposed to all facets of the business – from property inspections and client communication to marketing and sales support. You’ll be working closely with experienced agents and directors, receiving ongoing mentorship and opportunities for rapid progression.
> Responsibilities:
- Distribute marketing materials and brochures (pamphlet dropping) across target areas to generate local awareness
- Participate in regular sales and skills training sessions to build product knowledge and industry confidence
- Assist with prospecting activities, including cold calling, door knocking, and lead generation
- Manage and maintain the client database, including data entry and updates
- Conduct and support property inspections, open homes, and private viewings
- Follow up with prospective buyers, tenants, and clients via email, phone, and SMS
- Provide general administrative support including preparing documents, marketing materials, and reports
- Support the sales team with on-the-go tasks and errands to ensure smooth campaign execution

Pay: $24.95 – $35.00 per hour
