Job Description
Leverage your commercial expertise as an Analyst - Projects within our National Real Estate team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.
As an Analyst you will play an integral part for the efficient end-to-end management of real estate systems by driving financial improvements through accurate data analysis and enhance business processes. Join a team dedicated to the optimal use and financial performance of our assets while aligning with ALDI's overarching business strategy.
What does the role look like?
- Serve as a technical expert and point of contact, providing support across all real estate systems.
- Create reports and tools to provide insights for strategic decision-making within the National Real Estate department.
- Design and develop training materials to support users in the efficient operation of Systems during project implementation and ongoing updates to maintain a consistent approach.
- Support National Real Estate Projects and apply project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks.
- Conduct in-depth spend analysis, providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and maximising property financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the National Real Estate function and provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Real Estate/Property Development Industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with SAP S/4 Hana.
- Experience with GIS platforms, such as ArcGIS, using diverse data sets to uncover insights relevant to decision making is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, with high competency in Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and reporting tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, and convey ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
