Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a much-anticipated return this September 2025, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to be the warm, welcoming face that greets every guest who walks through our doors.

As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and positive first impression. You’ll be across everything from membership enquiries and bookings to general admin and front-of-house support. No two days will be the same!
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Handling enquiries, membership processing, and providing information about our services and events
Managing entry in line with Club policies and RSA/RCG requirements
Operating the POS system and supporting booking and transaction processes
Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
Assisting with admin tasks like filing, data entry, and communication with other departments
A current RSA & RCG
Strong communication and people skills
A customer-first mindset and friendly approach
Experience in reception, hospitality or admin is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
Organised, reliable, and well-presented
Willingness to work flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and evenings
